04 TWO VERY DIFFERENT INBOXES

Start with the team that can see the problem.

IX7 can review its own writing and links. An external operator is the only party able to inspect a login, transaction or result inside its app.

The dividing line

Who can open the record you mean?

The useful support team is almost always the one with access to the page, account or transaction you are describing.

Bring site issues to IX7

We can revisit our own article or listed route. Give us the exact page address and a short account of what appears wrong.

  • A claim, date or spelling mistake in our copy
  • A menu item or IX7 page that no longer opens
  • An app listing that reaches the wrong place
  • A question about this site's privacy or notice text

Take player records to the operator

We cannot view or alter data stored inside another service. Use its in-app support area or a website you have independently verified.

  • A missing OTP or account you cannot enter
  • KYC documents still waiting for review
  • A deposit, refund or withdrawal status
  • Offer eligibility, settlement or game restrictions

Prepare these four details

  1. Identify the thing precisely. Copy the page address and write the app name rather than making support guess.
  2. Describe one issue at a time. Say what you did, what the screen showed and what you expected to happen.
  3. Remove anything secret. Passwords, OTPs, complete bank details and identity files do not belong in an opening message.
  4. Keep the transaction trail. Save the reference for a payment and speak only through the service's verified support route.
